Hi everyone, welcome to a new blog post! A few weeks ago we celebrated a special moment in every catholic family life, my oldest son took his First Communion. What a joy was to see him taking this important step into his faith!
Especially surrounded by some family members and closest friends, therefore we decided to celebrate such an important life event.
The dessert table was created by @asweet_dream all the desserts were delicious and the cake was just perfection!
In addition, we had two of my favorite desserts made by Kokadasweet she made a traditional Argentinian cake filled with dulce de leche called Rogel. Koakadasweet also made a delicious macaroon tower.
We decided to hire La Paella de Adri to cater the event. She offers a large variety of Paella such as seafood paella and even vegan paella. How cool is that?! The vegan paella was AMAZING and from what I heard from our guests the seafood was also to die for.
In addition to Paella, La Paella de Adri prepared ceviche, octopus, and a variety of salads as a first course.
The most important of all was not the party that was hosted. Seeing my son filled with the love of God and watching his faith grow each day and hearing him say that he felt the love of God in his heart, that’s what matters the most 🙂
