Vegan Recipe with Just Mayo

Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you some vegan recipes I like to make on a daily basis but can also be great for Christmas.

VEGAN RICE, QUINOA AND CARROTS

Ingredients:

2 Cups of brown rice

1 Cup of Quinoa

5 Carrots

Directions:

1) Prepare rice as you usually do (I don’t add any salt to it) Let it cool for 10/15 minutes.

2) Prepare the Quinoa, I buy mine precooked, since it’s faster and can be done in 10/ 15 minutes. Let it cool as well.

3) Take peeled carrots and put them in a blender. Yes, the blender!

4) Mix all the ingredients.

5) Add 2 tablespoons of JUST MAYO.

6) Enjoy! 😉
