The Magic Oil: Rosehip Oil

I will be sharing all with you about my favorite oil! If you read my past review on my La Mer experience you may remember that I mentioned I mixed it with my favorite face oil, rosehip oil

Well, I can’t keep this amazing product all to myself so I’m sharing my favorite product in the entire world. Yes, it’s not a joke; I even bought a 33.8 oz (1 Liter) bottle so I can use it the entire year.

Rosehip oil is the best oil I’ve tried so far. Whether you have sensitive skin, oily skin, dry skin, deep wrinkles, sunburns, skin discoloration, scars, or basically if you have skin, then this oil is for you.

Rosehip oil has amazing antiaging properties, it repairs and reverses sun damage and premature aging from the sun. I’ve been using rosehip oil for several years now, at least more than six. It immediately gave me back that youthful glow and over time it lightened my skin.

It’s full of essential fatty acids that aid cell regeneration and firm skin. It also contains vitamin C, which helps the skin protection against free radicals.
Don’t freak out because you have oily skin! Rosehip is a dry oil so it will be absorbed pretty quickly into the skin.

How to I use it?

I use it daily at nighttime. I add a few drops to my La Mer moisturizer and then press it into my skin.
I also apply a couple of drops to my already damp Beauty Blender when I do my makeup. Particularly when I apply my concealer since I like to “bake” my under-eye area. This helps to keep that area well moisturized and gives a natural finish since I’m applying a fair amount of powder.

I hope you enjoy this new post and let me know if you like using rosehip oil as part of your skincare routine. In my case, I might change my night cream or moisturizer but this oil is here to stay. Thanks for stopping by!
